  1. Their monthly monitoring rate is more than ours, and it increases during the contract.
  2. There are no savings to bundle - ask them to break down the rates and see for yourself!
  3. Their alarm signal works on the internet. When the internet goes down, so does your alarm signal.
  4. Simply cut the cable line on the outside of your home to eliminate the alarm communication - not good.
  5. Search for "THE MOST HATED COMPANIES IN AMERICA" and see what current and past customers say. Customer service is not what the TV commercials portray.
